Welcome to the Woodlark Farm website.  This website is provided for the convenience of the Woodlark Farm community.  It is constantly changing to reflect the comments and requests of the homeowners and the board.

Text Box: ANNUAL DUES NOTICE The Woodlark Farm Homeowners Association Dues for 2025 will remain at $295 per household. The 2025 Dues Notice has been sent to all homeowners and were due by March 18, 2025. This is required by all homeowners and prompt payment is appreciated by the board. Please make checks payable to Woodlark Farm HOA and remit to the address below. Text Box: 2025 TRASH AND RECYCLING CHANGES The township has contracted Whitetail Disposal as the new trash and recycling company starting this year. Everyone should have received new 96 gallon bins from Whitetail for use starting January 7th. As a result, there have been several changes to how household waste will be collected. The township has provided a detailed breakdown of these changes on their website to help everyone navigate the changes and new policies. It can be found at: https://www.uwchlan.com/150/Trash-Recycling/ In addition, recycling details can be found on the Whitetail Disposal website at: https://www.whitetaildisposal.com/recycling/ Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the new policies as they will go into effect with the first pickup on January 7th. Please keep our community clean and attractive by cleaning up after your pet. Please dispose of your pets waste in your own trash.

Homeowner Contact Update

 

In an effort to make sure we can contact everyone in the community when necessary, the board is requesting that all homeowners update their email information with the board.  Current email information can be sent to Bellucci@woodlarkfarm.org.  Email addresses are for official use only and will not be shared in the community directory.

BOARD MEMBER UPDATE

 

After many years as the board treasurer, Kes Masalaitis has stepped down and our new treasurer will be Susan Bellucci.  We would like to thank Kes for his MANY years of service on the board and supporting our community.  We would also like to thank Susan Bellucci  for stepping up to fill the treasurer position and congratulate her on her new position.

 

Thanks to all of our Woodlark board members for their ongoing support of our Woodlark Farm community.  Their dedication is greatly appreciated.!
